Cancellation fees:

Cancellation up to 30 business days before the conference date – no cancellation fee

Cancellation up to 15 business days before the conference date – 50% of the participation fee

Cancellation up to 3 business days before the conference date – 75% of the participation fee

Cancellation less than 3 business days before the conference date – full payment
